Free Remote Diagnosis covers up to 15 minutes of Device (Desktop/Laptop - Win/Mac) Diagnosis with a free estimate for repairs/solution(s). Technician may need you to take device to PCS Shop or local computer repair store in your area for further diagnosis or repairs such as a hardware test which is also free. Onsite is Payson Area Only - if you are located in Pine, Strawberry, or Star Valley - there is a $20 trip charge
