Free Onsite Diagnosis covers up to 15 minutes of Device (Desktop/Laptop) Diagnostics with a free estimate for repairs/solution(s). Technician may need to take device to PCS Shop for further diagnosis or repairs such as a hardware test which is also free. Onsite is Payson Area Only - if you are located in Pine, Strawberry, or Star Valley - there is a $20 trip charge
